Vegetable juice?
I want to start drinking vegetable juice, for health reasons, does anyone have a very tasty vegetable juice recipe? Is well, if it contains any fruit, as it contains very few vegetables. Incidentally, this is my first experiment vegetable juice, so I wanted something easy to drink because I going to leave smoking, if it is too difficult to digest.
These are my favorites. Even my kids love carrot! Organic apple juice 4 carrots, cut into 3 cm 2 organic apples, cored and sliced process in the press. Makes 1 serving. Waldorf Salad 4 organic apple juice, cored and sliced 2 stalks of celery in the release process. Makes 1 serving. Cancer Fighter juice 2-3 carrots 1 handful parsley potatoes handful of small coins endive process beet in the press. Makes 1 serving.
