Am I actually healthy or not?

Here’s what I eat/drink. Tuna, fish, salmon, tofu, vegetables, fruits, red meat, sun flower seeds, oatmeal, cereal, 100% whole grain bread, organic smoothies, and yogurt, egg whites, brown rice, brown pasta, cottage cheese, almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate, natural peanut butter, skim milk, green tea, purified water, orange juice.

I only eat tuna/fish once a week ( because of too much mercury ) and red meat ( bad for the heart if eaten too much ) I also read the nutrition facts, and ingredients in order to avoid the bad stuff,. so am I good to go or what would you suggest ?

Wow. You’re really dedicated!
I’m not an expert but it seems like it might be a good idea to get some poultry in there, like chicken or turkey. Chicken is good for you, better than red meat.
But really you should be fine either way. Just make sure not to stress yourself out over trying to control your eating too much.
