pear juice constipation

My 3 month old daughter Is constipated. and she crys because her tummy hurts so bad. What can i do to help?

We had this problem when she was first born and i changed her from Enfamil to Similac and that helped alot! and now were back to the constipation. We tryed the Pear juice and Q-tip up her rectum and it helps every once in a while but she’s still backed up! Help!

Try slowly pumping her legs toward her stomach as if she were doing squats. I’d also try just rubbing her stomach while pressing very gently as you rub downward. I wouldn’t stick a q tip up there unless your pediatrician recommended it. Try prune juice. I’ve never heard of pear juice doing anything before. Good luck!
