i need to know the recipe for the miracle juice diet in the women’s world magazine to lose 8 pound in one day

it’s a diet that you have to eat certain meals 3 times a day for 7 days and on the 8th day you have to mix all these different types of juices together and drink it all day, and than you lose 9 pounds in one day, but i don’t know the recipe. does anyone know???

I have seen that somewhere and its all water weight its batter for you to just drink allot of water. I read on the internet a few weeks ago that the best way to lose water weight is to weigh yourself then drink a ounce of water per pound I cut that in half.
